ENDLESS Garniture Tapes are manufactured for demanding garniture applications where dimensional consistency, stable tracking, controlled flexibility and reliable running performance are essential.
Our range consists of three principal series, each developed for a specific production application and surface construction.
AQO 80 | AQP 80 | AQW 80
The ENDLESS TAPES AQ 80 Family is engineered for reliable and consistent performance in modern cigarette and filter production. Its optimized construction provides excellent running stability, high flexibility and smooth adaptation to the garniture, helping maintain accurate tape tracking during continuous production. The AQ 80 series offers controlled elongation, good lateral flexibility and dependable dimensional stability, supporting longer uninterrupted production runs and reducing machine stops associated with garniture tape performance.
For Cigarette Production
The AQO Series consists of plain, uncoated garniture tapes developed specifically for cigarette production. The construction is designed to provide a controlled combination of flexibility, dimensional stability, surface characteristics, wear resistance and stable running behavior during continuous production.
For Filter Production
The AQP Series consists of center-coated garniture tapes developed specifically for filter production. A controlled coating is applied to the center running area of the tape to provide the required surface characteristics for the intended filter-making application.
For Filter Production
The AQW Series consists of fully coated garniture tapes developed for filter-production applications requiring a full-coated surface construction. The coating is applied across the tape surface to provide the required surface and running characteristics for the intended application.
