ENDLESS NWA Filter Tapes are specially developed for the production of Non-Wrapped Acetate (NWA) filters.
NWA filter production requires a tape construction capable of providing consistent dimensions, controlled flexibility, stable running and dependable performance throughout continuous production.
Our NWA Filter Tapes are available in three principal material constructions: Polyester | PEEK | Linen/Polyester.
Polyester provides a reliable combination of mechanical strength, dimensional stability, flexibility and wear resistance. Polyester NWA Filter Tapes are developed for applications requiring consistent running characteristics during continuous filter production.
High-Performance & Higher-Heat-Resistance Material
PEEK (Polyether Ether Ketone) is our high-performance material option for demanding NWA filter applications. PEEK provides a combination of higher heat resistance, mechanical strength, excellent dimensional stability and wear resistance, making it particularly suitable where the operating environment requires a more advanced material solution.
Air permeability is an important characteristic of NWA tapes. Our weaving and manufacturing processes allow the tape construction to be developed according to the NWA and conveying requirements of the intended application.
Different NWA filter-making machines and operating environments can require different tape characteristics. Our technical team can assist customers in selecting the appropriate material, construction, dimensions and surface characteristics. Where required, customized tape constructions and trial samples can be developed.
